Click 'Find old ID' in settings and enter your previous ID (20 characters) and nickname. If you can't remember, email your and your partner's nicknames and the forest name to help@tree-memories.com. Recovery is not possible if data was deleted more than 90 days ago.
I'm not receiving notifications ▼
Click the settings icon in the upper right of the settings tab to verify notifications are enabled. Make sure both you and your partner have enabled notifications for the app on your devices.
Can't move on to the next question ▼
Check that both of you have answered (not just commented). Try the 'Sync question progress' button in settings. If that doesn't work, use the 'Next question' button.
My partner and I received different questions ▼
Press the small button next to the question to change it, or use the 'Next question' feature in the settings tab.
I can't see ads ▼
Ads may take time to load. Try again later or restart your device. Android: Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Private DNS > Auto iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Allow Apps to Request to Track
Can't see or add land ▼
Click the focus icon next to the refresh button (bottom left) and zoom out with your fingers. If it still doesn't appear, reset data in settings and restart the app.

You cannot know if your partner deleted the app or logged out. No notification is sent when breaking up, but the Couple Tree data will be deleted.
